Above the Plaza 6 combines the middle and back sections of the first floor into a comfortable two-bedroom unit — more space than a studio, more affordable than the full floor, and in the same unbeatable downtown location. The unit sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with a full bed and its own individual A/C unit. Two private bathrooms mean no sharing and no waiting. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dinnerware, cookware, and everything you need to prepare a meal. A flat-screen Smart TV and high-speed WiFi are available throughout. One thing to be upfront about: ATP6 is part of a shared building. Interior doors connect the unit to the rest of the property and remain closed during your stay. You have the middle and back sections entirely to yourselves — but this is a shared building rather than a fully standalone unit. It is worth noting that ATP6 includes the back studio unit, which has its own private entrance. This gives the unit a flexible layout — ideal for two couples, a small family, or anyone who appreciates a little extra separation between sleeping spaces. Rincon's plaza, top-rated restaurants, craft brewery, bakery, and weekly art walk are all a two-minute walk from your door. The beach is ten minutes on foot. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. One thing worth knowing: the house sits on Rincon's main road, so you may occasionally hear passing traffic. Our guests consistently find it easy to tune out. Pets Pets are welcome for a fee. Please disclose all pets at the time of booking — undisclosed pets are subject to a $150 per pet, per night charge.
