Above the Plaza 4 is a spacious combination unit occupying the front and middle sections of the first floor — giving your group a connected, private space in the heart of downtown Rincon. The unit sleeps 6 across three rooms: one room with a full bed, one room with two twin beds, and a third room with a full bed. Two private bathrooms mean no waiting in the morning. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook in — cookware, dinnerware, appliances, and all the essentials. Every room has its own individual A/C unit so everyone stays comfortable. Two flat-screen Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi are available throughout. One thing to be upfront about: ATP4 is part of a shared building. Interior doors connect the unit to the rest of the property and remain closed during your stay. You have the front and middle sections entirely to yourselves — but this is a shared building rather than a fully standalone house. Rincon's plaza, top-rated restaurants, craft brewery, bakery, and weekly art walk are all a two-minute walk from your door. The beach is ten minutes on foot. Plenty of space, unbeatable location, everything within reach.

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. One thing worth knowing: the house sits on Rincon's main road, so you may occasionally hear passing traffic. Our guests consistently find it easy to tune out. Pets Pets are welcome for a fee. Please disclose all pets at the time of booking — undisclosed pets are subject to a $150 per pet, per night charge. We just ask for basic courtesy: please clean up after your pet inside and outside the property, and keep them off the furniture. Emergencies For any life-threatening emergency, dial 911. What you won't hear is Plaza noise. Despite being two minutes away on foot, the house sits just far enough from the action that evenings stay peaceful — the best of both worlds.
