Above the Plaza 1 is a spacious unit in the heart of downtown Rincon. The unit sleeps 4 across two rooms: one room with a full bed and one room with two twin beds with one private bathrooms. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook in — cookware, dinnerware, appliances, and all the essentials. Every room has its own individual A/C unit so everyone stays comfortable. A flat-screen Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi are available throughout. One thing to be upfront about: ATP1 is part of a shared building. Interior doors connect the unit to the rest of the property and remain closed during your stay. You have the front section entirely to yourselves — but this is a shared building rather than a fully standalone house. Rincon's plaza, top-rated restaurants, craft brewery, bakery, and weekly art walk are all a two-minute walk from your door. The beach is ten minutes on foot. Plenty of space, unbeatable location, everything within reach.

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. One thing worth knowing: the house sits on Rincon's main road, so you may occasionally hear passing traffic. Our guests consistently find it easy to tune out, but the covered back terrace is always there as a quiet retreat when you need it. Pets Pets are welcome. We just ask for basic courtesy — please clean up after your pet inside and outside the property, and keep them off the furniture.
